Exchange policy

Exchange Policy:

Items sold cannot be return nor exchange. We will inspect items before posting out. And shipping charges for all exchange to be borne by buyer. Exchange are only considered for prominent manufacturer's defects; Note: below reasons are not considered as defects:

Personal dislike, change of mind after purchase.

Slight colour differences (same colour range or any other physical differences), thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams; minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched;

Button loss (replacement of buttons will be sent to you, in the event that the same button is not available, we will send a full set of replacement buttons which will match your clothing);

Minor stains (especially on light colour clothes) eg. washable stains, smudges and dirt will not be covered;

Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, note different batches of clothes may have different sizing hence take note of size measurements stated when making purchase);

Claiming that the cutting of clothes is not good;
Deliberate damage of clothes such that it will warrant an exchange.
Slight discolouration of graphic print on tee-shirts

Refund Policy:

All goods sold are non-refundable. A full refund of the product paid will be made if:

The product is no longer in stock after making the payment.

Customer wishes to withdraw before the order has been processed.

Once an order has been processed, the payment will not be refunded.

All request for defective exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

For Singapore Orders

Registered mail

Package will be delivered directly to the address doorstep by Singpost postman. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip behind in the address mailbox for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail postage is one flat rate at $6

Local courier service
This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent article and compulsory for article which exceeds 2KG in weight. The minimum charge is SGD9.15. Article will be received on the same day of delivery in Singapore. For the rates of local courier service.

Important note: We use only registered mail from SINGPOST and courier delivery similar to UPS and FedEX service only. We believe when you pay for the goods, you expect confirmed delivery, safely to your place without any false alarm or worries that it might be lost in transit. That is why there is no normal mail service provided by us. Guranteed delivery upon payment is our No. 1 policy.

Payment Policy
All payment must be made in full within 2 days from date of invoice. In the event where an invoice exceeds its 2 days policy, it will be removed from our system automatically.

Internet Banking /ATM Fund Transfer (UOB)

Customers can choose to make payment via Internet Bank Transfer to our POSB / DBS account. Upon successful fund transfer, customers are required to update the status of payment via our website and orders will be processed.

If you are a local customer choosing payment via iBanking/Bank Transfer (via ATM) to make a direct fund transfer to our bank account, kindly proceed to make payment within 2 days.

Upon successful fund transfer, you are required to update the status of payment via our website by submitting a payment notification. The link can be found on our website or your email. Alternatively, you can leave a Voice Message: 81184088, the Transaction Date & Bank Transfer details, Order Number and your name.

We will process your order once we have received your payment and you will receive an email from us indicating your payment has been received by us.
